The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The Field Sales Representative will also gather customer feedback, contribute to developing sales strategies, and coordinate with the internal sales team. This is an on-site position based in Kingston.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to travel within the assigned territory</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred</li></ul>
