<p><strong>The Role</strong> Winspire is seeking a high-performing <strong>Lead Luxury Travel Advisor</strong> to serve as the concierge lead for our winning bidders. This isn't just a booking role; it is a consultative sales position<strong> </strong>designed for an expert who knows how to transform a standard itinerary into an extraordinary, high-revenue journey.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be the face of the Winspire experience, leveraging your industry expertise to close high-value upgrades and curated add-ons. While you advise a large number of winning bidders at the start of the booking process, a dedicated team of junior agents handles the majority of back-end logistics.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Consultative Planning:</strong> Utilize deep industry knowledge to advise affluent travelers on destination insights, tailoring their experience to exceed their expectations while maximizing package value.</li><li><strong>Strategic Sales & Upselling:</strong> Act as the primary consultant for winning bidders, identifying opportunities to drive revenue through luxury room upgrades, extended stays, private tours, and exclusive concierge add-ons.</li><li><strong>Team Orchestration:</strong> Direct and delegate the technical execution of bookings to junior agents, ensuring your vision for the traveler is executed with precision.</li><li><strong>Vendor Relationships:</strong> Cultivate and leverage relationships with Winspire’s global preferred suppliers to secure preferential treatment for our guests.</li><li><strong>Subject Matter Expertise:</strong> Serve as the internal authority on luxury travel trends, inventory nuances, etc. to ensure seamless service delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> The Winspire Culture:</strong></p><ul><li>Team player: Actively participate in the constant evolution and growth of company and team.</li><li>Outcome-Focused: You celebrate success when the traveler is happy and the revenue targets are hit.</li><li>Accountable: You take pride in ownership and expect the same from your team.</li><li>Evolving: You stay ahead of travel trends and proactively share "best practices" with the broader team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Requirements & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>The Track Record:</strong> 5+ years of experience in luxury travel planning with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li><strong>Industry Sophistication:</strong> Deep-seated knowledge of the luxury leisure market.</li><li><strong>Communication Mastery:</strong> Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly with high-net-worth individuals via phone and written correspondence.</li><li><strong>High-Volume Proficiency:</strong> Ability to manage a robust pipeline of travelers with a focus on "outcomes over activities."</li><li><strong>Technical Savvy:</strong> Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry certification.</li></ul>
