Pay Range: $18-$22/hour*
*within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience
Responsibilities:
- Ability to execute cleaning service schedules according to each client’s specifications
- Cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and wiping according to company standards
- Acceptance of feedback on performance and willingness to implement necessary changes quickly
- Taking pride in your work
Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or on a small team
- Good physical stamina
- High reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
- Cleaning experience preferred (or willingness to learn!)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform routine cleaning tasks
