Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator — Full Time (Travel Between 2 Aurora Locations)

• Where: Gateway Park / Green Valley Ranch & Southlands – Aurora, CO
• Position: Full Time — 5 Days per Week
• Rotating Hours: 7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm -- NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS!

We are a growing, privately owned orthodontic practice in Aurora seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full time. This role supports two busy, modern offices located in Gateway Park (Green Valley Ranch area) and Southlands, and requires regular travel between both locations.

We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, sales-minded, and passionate about helping patients move forward with treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial options to patients and families
• Build trust and guide patients toward starting treatment
• Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and explain coverage
• Coordinate financing and payment arrangements
• Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled starts
• Track case acceptance and conversion metrics
• Work closely with doctors and clinical team to support production goals
• Maintain accurate patient notes and documentation
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous orthodontic treatment coordinating experience required
• Strong case presentation and closing skills
• Solid understanding of orthodontic insurance and financing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing fees and payment options
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between both Aurora offices
• Ortho software experience preferred
