IVY Engineering Group is seeking a highly experienced Risk Manager to support ongoing and upcoming NYC transit capital projects.

This is a part-time role requiring deep familiarity with MTA New York City Transit capital programs and agency risk procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers
• Lead qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
• Perform Monte Carlo schedule and cost risk analysis
• Support contingency modeling and probabilistic forecasting
• Interface with project controls, schedulers, estimators, and agency stakeholders
• Present risk findings to senior leadership and client teams
• Track mitigation strategies and measure risk exposure over time
• Support change management and cost impact analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Direct, hands-on experience with MTA NYC transit projects (mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience performing Monte Carlo simulations
• Strong understanding of capital construction cost, schedule, and contingency management
• Experience working within large CM/PM environments
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 risk analysis tools (or similar platforms)
• Strong written and executive-level reporting skills
