The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote IT Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams. You will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
