Acting as a fiduciary partner, TLS Financial Advisors work remotely alongside branch teams to provide goal-based financial advice, ensuring clients receive personalized strategies that align with their long-term objectives. <br /> This is not just a support role, its a strategic partnership. TLS Financial Advisors are licensed financial professionals with deep industry knowledge and firsthand branch experience. From day one, youll be empowered to perform the same licensed tasks as a Financial Advisor, while partnering with two branch teams to strengthen client relationships and accelerate business growth. Your work will have a meaningful impact on client outcomes, branch performance, and the firms future. <br /><br /> What Makes You Successful <ul><li> Build meaningful relationships with the branch team and their clients, with an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to providing financial solutions. </li><li> Collaborate with the FA and branch team to ensure alignment and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results. </li><li> Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, and asset allocation; recommend adjustments that optimize client outcomes. </li><li> Gathering information and collecting suitability information to deeply understand clients and prospective clients needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals. </li><li> Meeting clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust their strategy to ensure their needs are met. </li><li> Apply firm systems and resources to deliver Goal-Based Advice in a tailored, forward-thinking approach. </li><li> Seamlessly shift between two branch teams, prioritizing needs and delivering exceptional service every day. </li></ul> What We Offer <ul><li> A high-impact role that positions you as a key contributor to branch success and client satisfaction. </li><li> Opportunities to grow your financial planning expertise as the firm expands in this space. </li><li> Access to advanced tools, resources, and ongoing learning to keep you ahead in a dynamic industry. </li></ul> <br /> Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work. <ul><li> High School Diploma/Equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li> Current Series 7 and 66 (OR Combination of both Series 63 and 65) licenses required to apply. </li><li> Insurance License required and the ability to be licensed in all 50 states at the time of application. </li><li> At least 3-5 years of securities industry experience as a Financial Advisor or equivalent position requiring extensive product, service, market and general investing knowledge. Experience as an Edward Jones Financial Advisor highly preferred. </li><li> Must be able to understand information about various securities, market conditions, industry trends, financial planning and relationship building </li><li> Strong critical thinking skills are necessary. </li><li> Ability to provide support on Day 1 and immerse yourself in a branch teams business plan to quickly contribute to their success. </li><li> Strong verbal and written communication skills required in various formats including video, telephone, and face-to-face. </li><li> Travel required to the HQ and branch teams served (travel up to 10%). </li></ul> **Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
