HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Freelance Data Analyst to work remotely on exciting freelance projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical background who can independently gather, interpret, and visualize data to drive actionable insights. You will be instrumental in supporting client decision-making through compelling data storytelling, trend analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Use statistical tools and data visualization software to identify trends and patterns.
Collaborate remotely with business stakeholders to define analysis objectives.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports and tools.
Deliver timely data-driven insights to improve operations, marketing, finance, or customer experience strategies.
Work with Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau to prepare and share reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in analyzing datasets and presenting insights to non-technical teams.
Strong command over Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python/R for data analysis.
Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
Freelance or remote experience will be considered an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical portfolios may also be considered.
